After 19 hours of labor, Baby Z was born on November 14, 2010 at 9:58 pm. He was 6 pounds 10 ounces and 19 inches long. He is currently nameless, but hopefully we’ll have one before we leave the hospital tomorrow.

Kate, Steve and Becky (some of the happy grandparents) drove up from Austin once they heard Baby Z was on the way. They arrived a few hours before Baby Z did.
He was not a fan of his first bath, but it’s amazing what swaddling can do.
