Last night we went with friends to see some live music at the Amarillo Botanical Gardens. It is beautiful here despite the drought and ridiculously hot temps we’ve had this summer. Look at that green grass! Carson enjoyed playing with it. This type of grass was new to him, since most of our grass at home is brown and crunchy.
It was near Carson’s bedtime, but he was a trooper and happy the entire time. It helped that we were outside and that there was music to keep him interested. Doesn’t he look so very cool in his shades?
