Say Cheese!

Carson would not cooperate for this picture taking session.  I put these mint skinny jeans on Betsy this morning and realized that Carson was wearing a similar color.  It would’ve been the perfect time to get a sweet picture of them together!  Betsy got excited when I sat her on the couch and started taking pictures.  She is starting to love the camera, which is both adorable and worrisome : )  But when I tried to get Carson to sit next to her he threw a nice little fit about it and I got not even one shot of them both looking cute.  When things don’t go your way, you just have to make it funny somehow.  A lesson I’ve been learning over and over again as a mother.  And so I put this little progression together to try to give you an idea of how much of a stubborn 2-year-old Carson is being these days!

Betsy is a much happier baby now that she’s getting more sleep.  She’s not a pro yet, and we still have some hard times when it comes to going down, but our situation has improved a ton in the last week.  My sister Lindsey suggested I get the book The Sleepeasy Solution.  If you are having trouble with sleep and your baby, then try this book.  It has worked well for us.
