Father & Daughter
Ben has a cold and has all but lost his voice. He worked from home the second half of the day today which meant he got to see Betsy in the daylight on a weekday! Ben’s new car (a Lexus CT200h, Steve) has bluetooth and he wanted to set up my phone and show me how it works. So we all sat in the car in the driveway while he set it up. Quality family time. When it was time to go inside Carson pitched a fit, which came as no surprise. He would spend all day in the drivers seat if we’d let him.
Sometimes I’ll say things like, “Betsy, that’s your big brother!” or “Hey, brother!” when I bring Betsy downstairs after she wakes from a nap. This has confused Carson. Apparently he thinks I’m talking to him and he now calls Betsy the brother.
