Cars Pancakes
I tried to make Cars shaped pancakes this morning. These pancake molds are great, but only if you know how to use them. I did not know how to use them when I started making breakfast this morning. You have to grease the molds really well, use low heat, and cook them until they are also done before flipping. Lesson learned.
This evening I got to get together with Carrie, Shallan and Jean for wine, cheese, chocolates and good conversation. It was a much needed night out. Thanks for staying home with the kids, Ben!
