Lunch at Eatsie Boys
Before Sarah and Lane headed back to Austin we grabbed lunch. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. It was (and maybe still is?) a food truck, but they’ve just opened a permanent cafe. We had a kale salad, matzoh ball pho, a turkey and brie sandwich, roast beef sandwich, and fries. Everything was wonderful. The first time I heard about Eatsie Boys is was because of their ice cream. So we got 3 different kinds for dessert, pistachio, caramelized banana and whiskey cereal. Here’s the link!
We came home, Carson went down for a nap, Sarah and Lane left, and then Betsy went down. I said goodbye to the civic today. My dad bought it from us and so Lane drove it back to Round Rock. Glad it’s still in the family!
