Pool Day
Carrie and the girls came down today and we went to the pool. It was Betsy’s first time and she loved it. Carson was another story. I carried him into the pool and he just cried and clung to me for dear life until I took him out. I hope it’s just a stage because I’m looking forward to more pools days in our future this summer.
After the pool we got lunch and hung out at the house the rest of the day. It was wonderful. I am so thankful for the Hartmans. My kids are going to grow up knowing them and that makes me smile. When my kids get married they’ll all be able to say they’ve known them since they were born and changed their diapers. What a gift friends are.
