Tiger Headphones
Lisa bought these headphones for Carson a few months ago. Maren uses hers on the airplane when she uses the ipad so that not everyone else on the plane has to listen to Finding Nemo, or whatever it is she’s watching. Great idea, right!? Carson has refused to put them on. We’re flying up to Amarillo in a couple weeks and it would be nice if he was comfortable wearing them for the flight. So I tried to convince him they were cool by putting them on Betsy and myself. It didn’t really work. He still didn’t want to put them on. Betsy wasn’t exactly crazy about them either, but she didn’t scream about it like he did. I think I’ll just keep them hanging around where he can see them over the next week and he’ll eventually come around and think they’re fun.
Betsy has her top teeth coming in! They haven’t quite come through her gums yet, but I can see that they’re close. Needless to say, she is having a rough time. On the bright side, more teeth means an easier time of eating finger foods. She’s now eating little pieces of banana, avocado, green beans, cooked carrots, black beans, peaches, cheese and cheerios on a regular basis. Feeding herself frees up my hands, but makes a huge mess of her seat and floor. I sweep and mop the spot under her seat 3 times a day.
