Popsicle
We survived day 1 of VBS! Betsy didn’t take a nap, but did well until 11 when I had to strap her in the baby bjorn and continue with the rest of the day with our group of kinder and 1st grade kids. Thankfully there are lots of older kids helping out who are more than willing to hold Betsy or grab something for us.
After his nap Carson was grumpy, and the only thing he wanted to do was go outside and have a popsicle, so that is what we did.
Ben came home a little early so we went on a run…yes, in Houston, in June, on the hottest day we’ve had so far this summer. Yuck.
After we got home Carson and Betsy played in the dog bed :)
