Red, White and Blue
Happy 4th! Today we flew to Amarillo for a long weekend to visit Grandpa Marvin, Patti and some of our friends. Of course I had everyone in patriotic colors. I wish we’d gotten a picture of us all together.
Betsy pulled up like this on the chair all by herself. I haven’t seen her do that yet. She and Carson had a great time giggling at each other while we waited to board. We got a nonstop flight on United and it was great not to have to change planes in Dallas. The landing really bothered Betsy, but other than that it was a smooth flight.
We borrowed beds for the kids and a seat for Betsy from Jackie and Tim. It was nice not to have to tote the extra stuff with us. We ate dinner at Grandpas and then sat outside for a while and enjoyed the Amarillo summer night weather.
