Sunday afternoon, no nap crazy times
Just two silly kids, crawling all over the floor in their Sunday best getting all nice and dirty. After this they did end up taking naps, both rather short.
This evening we had dinner at The Mackenzies. Jae is a chef, so we had a 4 course meal complete with a roasted tomato tart, scallops, black truffle risotto, soft shelled crab and short ribs. It was delicious and we felt totally spoiled. We put Betsy down at their house and finally left around 10:30. We had a hard time once we got home with both kids. Once Carson stopped screaming about getting a diaper change he went right to sleep. Betsy went to sleep initially, but then woke up a couple more times. Ben and I both shared some of the Betsy duties, Ben took the later shift. Thank you, Ben! She eventually fell asleep and stayed that way the rest of the night.
