Perusing the Sur la Table catalog
We met Carrie up at IKEA this morning. When the building came in to view Carson says with much excitement, “It’s IKEA!! That’s a big building!” We had a fun time.
On the way home I decided to stop for Chick fil A. It was 11:30. It should’ve been fine. But we waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. The kids did surprisingly well. As we were moving up in the line and then had to stop Carson said, “Move cars! Come on!” I wonder where he heard that? When Betsy gets restless in the car I’ll hand her random things that she inevitably drops. I’m thinking about keeping a box of things in the front seat to hand to her during a drive, always restocking it with the dropped items when we get home. I handed her this catalog at one point after running out of real toys and it made me smile that she actually flipped through the pages, at least for a little while, before proceeding to rip them to pieces.
