Carson the Handyman
Today I worked on Carson’s party, more than once finding myself wondering why I’d saved so many things for the day before the party and why I’d also given myself non party related projects to work on. Last night I made a couple houses out of some wardrobe boxes we used in our recent moves and was glad I’d saved them. Carson is getting excited about the party and after Ben showed him how to use the toy callipers that came in a toy set he had a terrific time going around using them on the house, although I’m fairly confident he wasn’t using them properly. I’m not even sure what they’re for!
My mom and Sarah drove in tonight and helped me work on some things for the party. I’ve been so fortunate to always have help with the kids parties. I know for a fact that I couldn’t pull it off alone.
