Hammock Time
A strong cold front came in last week and it was still pretty cold today, by my standards anyway. Maybe the high was in the 40’s? But we managed to spend some time outside this afternoon. Both Carson and Betsy are outdoor kids. I’m not anti-outdoors, but their love of being outside I am sure comes from their daddy.
Carson’s cold is back in full force. He was up a lot of the night coughing even with the humidifier going, mattress elevated and dosed up with Mucinex. Ben has a cold, too, and colds are just not fun for anybody. Funny how much we take for granted being healthy and being able to sleep through the night, or having that for our kids, when we’re all doing fine. Carson, Ben, and the rest of us, will be so thankful when things are back to normal around here.
