I&#8217;m sure if I rummaged through old college photos I could find a similar one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I left my mom&#8217;s house around 1 and drove out to the lake with Carson. \u00a0It rained like crazy a lot of the way, but by the time I got to the house it had stopped. \u00a0I was able to unload the car while Carson played with some toys inside. It&#8217;s amazing how freeing it was to just have one child to care for! \u00a0I love Betsy to pieces, but I was glad to get a little break from the attention that 8 month olds require.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ben and Kolby and Candace showed up around the same time, followed by Scott and Jennifer. \u00a0Kate and Steve showed up a little later. \u00a0Scott grilled hot dogs, we got all the kids to bed and then Ryan and Kim got to the house. \u00a0I am so thankful that most everyone could make it, and even more thankful that I am still friends with all of these wonderful people.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guys I don&#8217;t remember what was going on here, but I couldn&#8217;t resist capturing these 3 on the couch.
