{"id":2172,"date":"2013-07-25T20:14:39","date_gmt":"2013-07-26T02:14:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/babyz.hottie-biscotti.com\/?p=2172"},"modified":"2013-07-25T20:14:39","modified_gmt":"2013-07-26T02:14:39","slug":"206365","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/babyz\/2013\/07\/25\/206365\/","title":{"rendered":"206\/365"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/babyz.hottie-biscotti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/7-25-13.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2173\" alt=\"7-25-13\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/babyz.hottie-biscotti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/7-25-13.jpg?resize=499%2C666\" width=\"499\" height=\"666\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/babyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/7-25-13.jpg?w=499 499w, https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/babyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/7-25-13.jpg?resize=224%2C300 224w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Standing Up<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I went to get Betsy from her nap and she looked like this. \u00a0Standing up. \u00a0Grinning like crazy, no doubt as a result of the look on my face when I walked in. \u00a0We have a big girl on our hands!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I have a confession to make. \u00a0I really like TV. \u00a0My favorite things to watch are television series. \u00a0Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones, True Blood, Friday Night Lights, Mad Men, The Killing, The Sopranos, Homeland. \u00a0And then a few I am a bit embarrassed to admit (but worth your time!) are \u00a0Hemlock Grove and American Horror Story (which gave me nightmares, just FYI). \u00a0If I don&#8217;t get the channel (like HBO or Showtime) I get the DVDs on Netflix, stream on Netflix or use HBOgo (thanks, Lisa and Randy!). \u00a0I just like to get involved and watch episodes back to back and get totally engulfed in it. \u00a0Maybe that&#8217;s partly due to my job as a stay at home mom. \u00a0My life can feel pretty mediocre at times, and it&#8217;s exciting to get involved in a dramatic show. \u00a0Some of you are reading this and thinking, &#8220;oh, that poor housewife.&#8221; \u00a0If you&#8217;re southern you&#8217;re thinking, &#8220;bless her heart&#8221;. \u00a0But I&#8217;ve always liked television and movies. \u00a0I like drama. \u00a0I like to be entertained. \u00a0I like to be surprised. \u00a0I like to be scared. \u00a0So I started watching Breaking Bad. \u00a0I&#8217;m only on season 1, and I&#8217;ve seen previews for the new season so I know who is around in the new season (so I know they don&#8217;t die in season 1). \u00a0But there was an episode on today where I was sure everyone was going to die (even though I know they&#8217;re still around in the coming season). \u00a0I&#8217;m sitting on the couch and I have my hands on my head in anxiety. \u00a0There are guns! \u00a0And bad guys! \u00a0Ahhh! \u00a0I just can&#8217;t take it! \u00a0I reach my hands back and knock over a big glass vase of flowers that&#8217;s sitting on the table right behind me. \u00a0Betsy starts to cry she&#8217;s so upset by the noise. \u00a0I spent the next half hour making sure I&#8217;d swept up all the tiny pieces of glass. \u00a0But I finished the episode while I cleaned! \u00a0Because I have a problem&#8230;<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Standing Up I went to get Betsy from her nap and she looked like this. \u00a0Standing up. \u00a0Grinning like crazy, no doubt as a result of the look on my face when I walked in. \u00a0We have a big girl on our hands!
