summary of the week. \u00a0In list form because that&#8217;s all my brain can do today.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We ate Chick-fil-A twice in a row this week (Monday and Tuesday).<\/li>\n<li>We had breakfast with Carrie at Blacksmith on Thursday. \u00a0It went surprisingly well considering I had both kids. \u00a0Thanks to Carrie for holding Betsy so I could enjoy a meal with both hands free.<\/li>\n<li>Carson has a cold that has kept him (and us) up a lot of the night this week. \u00a0We think he might be getting better, but it&#8217;s a slow process. \u00a0I slept on the top bunk one night just to avoid having to go up the stairs multiple times in the night. \u00a0The next day was rough.<\/li>\n<li>It got super cold in Houston Thursday afternoon and people freaked out about the ice and &#8220;snow&#8221;. \u00a0After living in Amarillo for almost 3 years I find it funny how people in places that aren&#8217;t used to ice and snow react to it. \u00a0But since next to no one can drive in this weather, it makes sense. \u00a0There were something like 300 wrecks on Friday morning. \u00a0Of course Ben traveled in to work at 8 :)<\/li>\n<li>The weekend weather was beautiful so we enjoyed some time outside. \u00a0At the park on Saturday Carson was being really adventurous (for him) climbing up the rock wall multiple times and running DOWN the slide, which really freaked me out. \u00a0All I could think about during and after was what could&#8217;ve happened. \u00a0Thankfully nothing did, he loved it. \u00a0But then I started thinking about the day he does break him arm and how I&#8217;m going to deal with that&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Ben and I got to go out on a date on Saturday night for pizza and ice cream. \u00a0It was terrific.<\/li>\n<li>Church Sunday, lunch at Five Guys, naps for kids, windows open, blogging\/reading\/napping for adults, and a nice walk before dinner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
