Monday was a holiday, so we got a free day with daddy! \u00a0We tried to go to Chuy’s for dinner (one just opened here in Sugar Land) but at 4:45 there was an hour wait to we went somewhere else. \u00a0We had a rough start but overall it was good.<\/p>\n

Tuesday Ben went in to work for a while and Carson had his first day of school. \u00a0He did a great job and didn’t even look back when I dropped him off.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday we went to the science museum, then to lunch. \u00a0Both Carson and Betsy fell asleep on the way home.<\/p>\n

Carson had school again Thursday. \u00a0Before school Carson hung out with Christopher. \u00a0I worked on a cake for Betsy’s birthday this afternoon.<\/p>\n

Friday was Betsy’s birthday! \u00a0I got up and bought her a big balloon. \u00a0When I got home I started on pancakes and bacon for breakfast. \u00a0Carson helped me. \u00a0Betty sent her some money with a card, so we went to Toys R Us and let her pick out a toy. \u00a0She chose a Care Bear and a feather boa :) \u00a0We got lunch, then had cake and gave her \u00a0the dollhouse! \u00a0It was a really fun day and I’m so glad Ben was home to celebrate with us.<\/p>\n

Ben went to the Aggie game with Scott on Saturday. \u00a0The kids and I ordered pizza and I watched the game.<\/p>\n

On Sunday we went to church, went to Five Guys for lunch and went to our first community group of the year for dinner that night.<\/p>\n
