{"id":473,"date":"2011-04-18T21:28:44","date_gmt":"2011-04-19T03:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/babyz.hottie-biscotti.com\/?p=473"},"modified":"2011-04-18T21:28:44","modified_gmt":"2011-04-19T03:28:44","slug":"5-months","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/babyz\/2011\/04\/18\/5-months\/","title":{"rendered":"5 Months"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As of today, Carson is actually 5 months and 5 days old&#8230;mom is just a little late on getting this post up.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/babyz.hottie-biscotti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/5-months-7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-480\" title=\"5-months-7\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/babyz.hottie-biscotti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/5-months-7.jpg?resize=450%2C388\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/babyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/5-months-7.jpg?w=450 450w, https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/babyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/5-months-7.jpg?w=300 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our little guy is changing every day. \u00a0He is eating rice cereal for dinner now followed by a bath since no one is left clean after a meal with this kiddo. \u00a0I made my first batch of baby food this past weekend and he seems to like his sweet potato puree. \u00a0Here we are enjoying sweet potatoes for the first time!<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" width=\"480\" height=\"390\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/N-9UQtDmLvM\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nCarson is grabbing and holding on to anything he can get his hands on. \u00a0He seems to really like to grab and hold on to my hair and cheeks. \u00a0He&#8217;s much more responsive to us, especially Ben. \u00a0He gets such a great big grin on his face when he sees Ben in the morning and after work. \u00a0It&#8217;s precious.<\/p>\n<p>He is sleeping through the night every night now. \u00a0Bedtime is around 7 or 8 and he gets up around 6&#8230;which is a little early for mom, but I&#8217;m adjusting and have realized that I am in need of an earlier bedtime. \u00a0Naps are still unpredictable, but I cannot complain when he&#8217;s sleeping so well at night.<\/p>\n<p>I love this kid.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/babyz.hottie-biscotti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/5-months-8.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-481\" title=\"5-months-8\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/babyz.hottie-biscotti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/5-months-8.jpg?resize=350%2C437\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/babyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/5-months-8.jpg?w=350 350w, https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/babyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/5-months-8.jpg?w=240 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of today, Carson is actually 5 months and 5 days old&#8230;mom is just a little late on getting this post up.
