<\/a><\/p>\nMy sweet little guy slept until 7:15. \u00a0He said “mama” and smiled when I went in to get him. \u00a0He put his head on my shoulder and patted my arm when I picked him up. \u00a0He sat sweetly on the couch with me and drank his milk for a while. \u00a0Then he went over to his chair and let me know he wanted breakfast. \u00a0He was sweet and happy until a 9am nap. \u00a0At 10 he woke up, and we had a snack. \u00a0Then we went to the gym. \u00a0This is where things got wonderful. \u00a0Every time we go to the gym he cries and cries when I put him down in the nursery. \u00a0Today he just said “hi” to everyone as we walked in. \u00a0When I put him down in the room he just walked off, said hi to a little girl and went to play. \u00a0When I picked him up he saw me but was more impressed with the playhouse he was opening and closing the shutters of and didn’t come running to me arms wide like he has before. \u00a0The ladies in there were both impressed with the progress he’s made from the first time we came back in January when I am sure they were hoping I wouldn’t come very often.<\/p>\n
After the gym we came home and had lunch, then we went outside for a while and played around. \u00a0Carson loves, loves, loves to be outside. \u00a0It can cure anything that might be \u00a0bothering the child. \u00a0After about 30 minutes we came inside, played some more and then he \u00a0brought me a book, we read it, and then he went down for another nap. \u00a0He woke up an hour later as happy as could be. \u00a0After a little snack he initiated a tickle fight, which is totally hilarious. \u00a0He is a fun baby.<\/p>\n
Last week Carson and I drove up to Dallas to visit the Persherns! \u00a0Carson loves Beckett and Lane. \u00a0It’s so fun to have cousins close to the same age, and I love how they play together. \u00a0However, I do not look forward to when they are older and start daring each other to do dangerous things like jumping off roofs and blowing things up with fireworks. \u00a0I have boy cousins who I saw do these things, so I know it happens…<\/p>\n
