\u00a0Only one little corner of the bread remained this time.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1692\" title=\"zucchini8\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/zucchini8.jpg?resize=350%2C282\" alt=\"zucchini8\" width=\"350\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/zucchini8.jpg?w=350 350w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/zucchini8.jpg?resize=300%2C241 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Zucchini Bread<\/h3>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 1\/4 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>3 cups sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs, beaten<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup water<\/li>\n<li>2 cups grated zucchini<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 cup chopped pecans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Directions<\/h4>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine oil, eggs, water, zucchini and lemon juice. Mix wet ingredients into dry, add nuts and fold in.
