This time I thought something sweet was in order.  I got this recipe in my daily cookie email from Martha Stewart. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in vanilla, almond, lemon zest, and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour and cornmeal and mix until mixture is crumbly.<\/li>\n<li>Add zucchini and stir until a thick dough forms.<\/li>\n<li>Drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart, onto two parchment-lined baking sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until cookies are light golden brown at edges, 25 to 30 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through.<\/li>\n<li>Let cool completely on wire racks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div id=\"wp_fb_like_button\" style=\"margin:5px 0;float:none;height:70px;\"><script src=\"http:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/all.js#xfbml=1\"><\/script><fb:like href=\"https:\/\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/2009\/10\/07\/lemon-zucchini-cornmeal-cookies\/\" send=\"false\" layout=\"standard\" width=\"400\" show_faces=\"true\" font=\"arial\" action=\"like\" colorscheme=\"light\"><\/fb:like><\/div><!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>More zucchini calls for more zucchini recipes.
