mistake # 1. \u00a0Then the goat cheese, which should have been plain, had red piquillo peppers in it; mistake # 2. \u00a0The mistakes were worth it, though. \u00a0I think these individual pastries were better as an hor d&#8217;oeuvre than the tart would have been.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/goatcheesebites2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-355\" title=\"goatcheesebites2\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/goatcheesebites2.jpg?resize=300%2C210\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/goatcheesebites2.jpg?resize=300%2C210 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/home\/content\/c\/z\/f\/czfoodie\/html\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/goatcheesebites2.jpg?w=1716 1716w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/home\/content\/c\/z\/f\/czfoodie\/html\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/goatcheesebites2.jpg?w=2574 2574w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>1 package frozen puff pastry shells<br \/>\n4-6 oz. goat cheese (any kind!)<br \/>\n2 tablespoons cream<br \/>\nchopped fresh rosemary<br \/>\ngrated lemon zest<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400 F<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix the goat cheese and cream in a small bowl until well combined. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the pastries according to the package directions on a cookie sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Halfway through the baking time (8-12 minutes or until pastries have puffed up), remove the shells from the oven and pop the centers out. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fill each shell with a rounded teaspoon of the goat cheese. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Top each with a sprinkle of rosemary and lemon zest.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until shells are golden brown and cheese is warm;
