{"id":4719,"date":"2011-10-11T08:41:20","date_gmt":"2011-10-11T14:41:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/?p=4719"},"modified":"2011-10-11T08:41:20","modified_gmt":"2011-10-11T14:41:20","slug":"gooey-pecan-overnight-breakfast-rolls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/2011\/10\/11\/gooey-pecan-overnight-breakfast-rolls\/","title":{"rendered":"Gooey Pecan Overnight Breakfast Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is as easy as it gets folks. \u00a0Well, unless you buy a pan of Sister Schubert&#8217;s cinnamon rolls and pop those in the oven. \u00a0 That would be easier. \u00a0But these breakfast rolls are truly simple, and incredibly indulgent and delicious. \u00a0With an ingredient list of 5 items, the luxury of preparing them the night before, leaving them on the counter all night, then baking for a mere half an hour the rewards are much greater than the work that&#8217;s put into them.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pecanrolls.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4720\" title=\"pecanrolls\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pecanrolls.jpg?resize=550%2C462\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"462\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pecanrolls.jpg?w=550 550w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pecanrolls.jpg?resize=300%2C251 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pecanrolls.jpg?resize=150%2C125 150w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hottie-biscotti.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pecanrolls.jpg?resize=400%2C336 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve made these twice now, and was more pleased with the second batch. \u00a0The first time I used only 1\/2 cup of pecans, and this time I just covered the bottom of my dish and probably used close to a full cup. \u00a0It was great to have the extra sugary coated guys to snack on from the pan. \u00a0Feel free to use less or you could use walnuts. \u00a0I used vanilla pudding the first time, and butterscotch the last time. \u00a0Both were good, so use what you like.<\/p>\n<p>A 9&#215;13 pan is fine for these, but I used a smaller baking dish, 10&#215;10, this last time. \u00a0A smaller area meant more gooey goodness which is never a bad thing in my opinion. \u00a0I only used 12 rolls for the smaller pan. \u00a0If I do these again in a 9&#215;13 I would add a little more butter and sugar. \u00a0Because if you&#8217;re already going to eat these, what&#8217;s wrong with a little more fat and calories?
