In one more week I will be headed into my third trimester! I go in for a check up tomorrow, and hopefully all is going well with me and baby. I feel pretty good still, but have noticed moving around isn’t quite as easy as it used to be.
Baby Z had his/her first round of hiccups the other day. I thought to myself at the time, “This kicking is interesting. Same spot, same intensity, even intervals…” then got one of my daily pregnancy emails the next morning that said now was the time I might start feeling those baby hiccups. So, we must be pretty much on track with lung and breathing development. What a good baby!
Things in the nursery have come to a standstill. I am not sure I like where the furniture is, so just about everyday I go in there and move it all around. The crib has to stay where it is since I already screwed the hook for the mobile into the ceiling.
Since the furniture keeps moving, I haven’t hung any pictures yet. Another reason I’ve stopped doing things in there is that I’m patiently waiting on this awesome print of the Swedish alphabet to come to my doorstep. I cannot wait to see what it will look like in the room. I’ll have to take it down once Baby Z starts learning the alphabet, or we’ll have the kid in pre-K who insists that there is no W.
