Carrie woke me up at 5:45 this morning and told me that she was having regular contractions at about six minutes apart. So we packed up and headed to the hospital, which is where I’m blogging from.
I was supposed to lead the music today at church, but apparently God had other plans. Our offertory was (/is) a song by Steven Curtis Chapman called “Our God Is in Control.” What a wonderful promise to rely on in every moment, including this one.
I can’t wait to see picture of the little boy or girl!!!
