Boys on this side of the table
We met up with The Burmasters last night for dinner. Somehow we managed to sit divided by gender, guys on one side and girls on the other. I took about 20 photos of the guys side and this was honestly the best one I got. It is hard to take a good photo that involves a camera averse 2 1/2 year old and a 6 month old who hasn’t yet mastered looking at the camera. We had a great time.
On the way home from church Carson kept saying something that I couldn’t quite understand. I asked him to say it again and finally understood he was saying, “Mommy, Jesus loves me.” We have a book about Jesus and a children’s Bible, but I know for a fact that this is something they must have talked about during church today. It was a precious moment.
After church Claire and Daniel came down to our house for lunch. It was such a treat to have them here.
