Things can get a little crazy around here in the evening. Often the kids are running circles around the house (through the living room, dining room and kitchen) and often it drives me nuts. I’m not always perfect about this, but once it’s dark out my “rule” is that they have the choice of reading books, playing with blocks or coloring. Coloring is usually the choice they make.
