Yogurt and Feta Dip with Fresh Dill

I like football and I was sad to see college football season come to a close.  But I’m glad that the Superbowl is coming up!  Not because I care about any of the teams that might be playing (the ones I cared about are out of it now) but because of the food.  Oh, Superbowl food.  Few things are better.  Am I right?  I think I am.

The Superbowl comes at a great time, in my opinion.  Thanksgiving and Christmas have come and gone, and then there was New Year’s Eve.  All the parties and get-togethers and food and friends.  And then a month of January gloom.  And then another party!  With friends!  And yummy food!  I love an excuse to have a party and be with friends.

This dip is really tasty.  It’s cool and creamy and fresh and pairs perfectly with a salty potato chip.  Make sure to get sturdy ones, like a thick kettle chip.  Those thin ones just won’t do.  This would also be a fine dip served with pita chips or veggies.

This takes next to no time to fix, requires almost no prep work and has only 5 ingredients.  You could easily double the recipe, but if you have more dips on your menu then one batch should do just fine.
